What kind of photo works best?
Anything with clear contrast and good light — portraits, pets, landscapes, favourite places. We can enhance darker or grainy shots; we'll flag any concerns in the mockup.
Can I see it before you build?
Absolutely. Within 24 hours of uploading we'll email you a digital mockup showing exactly what your mosaic will look like. You can request one round of free tweaks (colors, cropping, contrast) before we start.
How is it framed?
All sizes ship in a solid oak shadow-box frame with wall-mounting hardware included. Frame color can be customised on request (black, white, or natural).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide. Statement size may require a customs form depending on your country; we handle the paperwork.
What if it arrives damaged?
We replace it, free, no questions asked. Our lost-piece promise applies here too: if a brick pops off during shipping, mail us a photo and we'll ship a replacement + a tube of removable adhesive within 3 days.
