How long does a custom piece take?
Most pieces are 1–2 weeks from approved quote to done, depending on size and finish. Rush timelines are sometimes possible — ask when you send your idea.
How much does a custom piece cost?
It depends entirely on size, material and finish — a small painted name sign is a different job to an oversized event prop. We always quote before any payment is taken.
Can I see a proof before it's made?
Yes — for anything with text or a specific layout, we send a digital proof to approve before production starts.
Do you ship custom orders?
Yes, worldwide. Larger or fragile pieces may ship in multiple parts with assembly instructions.
