Our Return Policy

We want you to love every Playform purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
